Email Workers Code Editor Doesn't work?

I’ve been trying for weeks now and I keep getting error code 10013 when I launch the code editor. After that, the debug console gives me an error as well after about. a minute

Debugging connection was closed. Reason: WebSocket disconnected

Reconnect when ready by reopening DevTools.

I’ve tried on both MacOS and Windows on Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, but I get the same result. Is there anything else I can check on my end? Anyone else have the same issue?
