Email worker errors?

I created a Blocklist email worker based on the predefined templates with no changes except to the strings. I find that 40-60% of my worker invocations are marked as Errors in the dashboard but none of my incoming email logs have an error (all have the expected Dropped status). Since there is no logging for the free plan, how does one figure out why the workers are supposedly erroring?

Workers Paid doesn’t have any built in logging either, other then the Live Tail or using an external logging option.

It’s almost 100% caused by the fact that new workers get TLS Certificates created for them, causing a rush of bots to try to scan the worker/invoke it over http, but if you don’t have a fetch handler it just throws an exception and errors. Under Settings → Triggers → Routes of the worker you can disable the to stop that traffic.
