In my opinion, the example given is not usable.
What is SEB?
After grep in project, I can not find relative things.
SEB is the value you would use for <NAME_FOR_BINDING> in your send_email binding for your Wrangler.toml - that’s at the top of the document.
Just save my day.

SEB is strange to show as a variable name in document.
Maybe <NAME_FOR_BINDING> or binded_name can be more obvious.
