Email with Bluehost

So I feel like I am missing something very easy. But I can’t get my emails to work I’ve used the settings that bluehost has sent us.

Incoming Server: mail.example
IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.example
SMTP Port: 465

Then I went and took the CName server off of proxy, and my mx recrods Show @ for host record, points to mail.example.com ttl shows 4 hours on bluehost, so I did auto with Cloudflare, and priority as 0
