Email verification not coming through. Cannot finish transferring account.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have allowlisted the cloudflare email addresses. I have sent myself a test email from a different external email and it came through. I have sent the verification email numerous times. I tried to change the email address, but it has to be verified first.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Resend the verification email.
I do not see any bounced emails and I show your email as verified. Can you clear cache & cookies and try again?

Can you try now? I can see the bounced emails and took steps to correct that. Sorry for the issues.

Sorry for the continuing issues, I show the emails as delivered to your server and rejected, can you contact your email provider to see if there is some issue causing this? The email is no on our suppression list.
We have our own on-prem exchange and nothing shows in the logs. I can reach out to our isp to make sure they aren’t blocking ip’s.

Nothing blocked on isp side, checked go daddy. I don’t know why it is being rejected. I don’t see anything in my exchange logs or spam filter logs. Where do we go from here?
Can you ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected]?
I deleted and readded both of them.
Still no email, still no trace in logs.
So, do I have to wait 30 days for GoDaddy’s transfer to expire or can we change the email address? Or what is the best solution?
