Email verification links (for email routes product) are not being sent for specific gmail accounts

Hi, I am setting up email routing and have added several emails. All of the emails added without issue except for two which do not receive the verification link.

I have retried sending the email several times over the course of the day.

These are @gmail addresses and I can verify that they are able to receive other mail.

Other posts on the board say to post and mention the mods, it’s possible the accounts were placed on a block list?

If you aren’t receiving Cloudflare emails, make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] to prevent any issue. If you are still not receiving emails from us, open a ticket so we can check if they are on the suppression list and remove them if needed.

Gmail doesn’t block emails from cloudflare, however I have looked through the settings and I don’t see anything obviously blocking them

Where do I go to open a ticket?

I am unable to find where to raise a ticket. Do I need to upgrade to a business account to raise a ticket?
