When you tested your domain, what were the results?

  1. I changed my email address in an existing account. I did not receive any validation email. I repeated this process several times and also requested again and again the validation email.

  2. I created a new Cloudflare account with the desired email address. I neither received the validation email nor did I receive it when I requested it again.

Describe the issue you are having:
I did not receive validation emails when creating a new CF account or when changing the email address of an existing account.

However, when registering to this forum, I received a validation email for this forum only.

What error message or number are you receiving?
No error message at all.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. I also requested my email hosting provider to investigate and the outcome was that they did not receive an email from Cloudflare in the respective time period.
  2. I also removed any filters and allowlisted [email protected], [email protected] as well as emails containing “cloudflare” by Regex.
  3. I re-checked the DNS records for the domain but they look ok.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Not relevant

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

  1. Login
  2. Go to profile in my account
  3. Click on “Send verification email”

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
I have emptied all cookies in my browser.
