May I, wait … kindly what issue do you have with e-mail or your PTR (origin host) record while using Cloudflare for your domain name?
Usually the PTR (for the IP address) record you set at your origin host / server / hosting provider, if it’s available to You.

May I also ask if you are using a cPanel on a shared Web hosting?
Your MX record for your domain name apple-lab.com
is using Cloudflare service as far as I see (by the nameservers).
Furthermore, have you checked what value(s) have you got under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard under your Cloudflare account for your domain name, regarding the MX
and A mail
records?

That IP address does not belong to Cloudflare, so you can not set reverse DNS here.
As it’s shared hosting, I’m pretty sure Hostgator will not set reverse DNS for that IP address.
I suggest you contact Hostgator about this, as it’s their server.
