Change pt because ptr cannot change
May I, wait … kindly what issue do you have with e-mail or your PTR (origin host) record while using Cloudflare for your domain name?
Usually the PTR (for the IP address) record you set at your origin host / server / hosting provider, if it’s available to You.
Could you try to be more precisely and provide more details about it?
I would suggest looking into below articles how to propperly setup e-mail configuration to make sure it works while your domain is using Cloudflare and is being proxied ( cloud).

May I also ask if you are using a cPanel on a shared Web hosting?
Your MX record for your domain name
apple-lab.com is using Cloudflare service as far as I see (by the nameservers).
Furthermore, have you checked what value(s) have you got under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard under your Cloudflare account for your domain name, regarding the
A mail records?
In case if needed for help how to manage DNS records at Cloudflare dashboard:
Yes i’m using cpanel , can you help me to change ptr ? I don’t understand to change

That IP address does not belong to Cloudflare, so you can not set reverse DNS here.
As it’s shared hosting, I’m pretty sure Hostgator will not set reverse DNS for that IP address.
I suggest you contact Hostgator about this, as it’s their server.
