Emails won’t go through to icloud after setting up zoho to send emails for billing

Added DNS record for icloud

You currently have 2 SPF records, which is not allowed. You need to combine both records into one:

v=spf1 include:sender.zohobooks.com include:icloud.com ~all

Or better:

v=spf1 include:sender.zohobooks.com include:icloud.com -all

Also, you need to decide where to receive email, Zoho or iCloud. You can’t have MX records for both.

If you want to receive emails to both services, one of them needs to use a subdomain.
