What is the issue you’re encountering
Email sessions under “Activity Log” on the “Email Routing” screen does not show any email sessions beyond 24 hours even when selecting the “Previous 7 days” from the drop down menu. Only the most recent email activity appears even though I know there has been more email activity in the last 7 days than what is shown.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
It’s an ongoing issue since I started using Email routing
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Select your domain, Select Email on the left panel, select Email Routing, under Activity Log, select “Previous 7 days” from the drop down menu.
Only email sessions from the previous 24 hours appear, not from the past 7 days.
