Email servers - connection

I moved an email account to Google business (from TsoHost)

All the MX records updated a week ago.
I can send and receive emails from the Google account.

However sending emails from other email accounts (from other domains) on the same old TsoHost server are still arriving in the old server email account.

TsoHost are saying I need to refresh DNS settings in Cloudflare (how’s this done?) and Google are saying it’s an error with the senders accounts.

If I disable the email account on the old server, I get a Disabled recipient address error message when trying to send, however I can send from another email address which is not on that server without any issue.

Any clues, I have not had this issue before, and have migrate a few email accounts away from TsoHost without this same issue.
