What is the issue you’re encountering

My emails are being rejected by gmail

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I read this Set up SPF - Google Workspace Admin Help but I didnt see solution.

To fix the specific error from the screenshot you posted, - use this one:

v=spf1 include:spf.antispamcloud.com -all

I will however also suggest you to contact your email provider(s), and ask them for assistance, in regards to how you can set up DKIM authentication, on your own domain.

And just tried sending the email again, and I think it worked since i havent received any not delivered email.

Also, I use outlook as the platform for emailing, I shall research how to set up DKIM auth then. Just to know, in what way would that help me?
