Please, share more details. CF doesn’t have much to do with email.
Check your MX (if you’re receiving emails then this is OK), SPF and DMARC (these two help those servers you send emails to make sure that the origin of the emails is genuine).
Oh, sorry, and DKIM (this is the signing of the emails by the origin email servers), but I don’t see it there.

DKIM was not in the settings
