Email sending and recieving time increased

Hi,

I’ve recently setup Cloudflare SSL for my godaddy hosting. after that email sending and reciving time increased. Its almost taking 5 minute to send or recieved message. can you please let me know why is it happening and how can i fixed this.

Considering that Cloudflare does not handle emails that is a question for your host.

However, how do you send emails? Via a web interface or an email client?

I am using postbox, Email client for windows machine.

I have tried to talk with my hosting provider they said to contact Cloudflare as DNS has changed

The DNS has changed but the mail servers are still with your host. They are the right contact in this regard. Cloudflare does not handle email at all.
