What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

In the UI I open the email tab, but it only shows “Email security”.
On other domains it shows email routing, but not in this domain’s UI

Is it now compulsory to have an “Area 1” subscription to add email routing?

May I ask if this particular domain is under someone else’s Cloudflare account?
Are you the Super Administrator?

Have you tried to log out, clear cache & cookies, then log in?
How about using a different Web browser (just in case)?

Ah!!
yes, I am a sub-acocunt user.
I thought I had all access, but apparently I am not super-admin.
Thank you for the suggestion - I will contact the SuDo user and update here
