Email routing - still no access


I have sent an access request for email routing some time ago and transferred the first of my domains to CF but I have still no ack nor access to this feature. Is there a way to speed this up, I need this feature in order to receive email for that domain.

Still no access. I was under the impression that this feature would be instantly available starting 27th of January after reading this:

Now I moved domain(s) and I can no longer receive mail!

Please help!
