What is the issue you’re encountering
Email routing says forwarded but I don’t receive it
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Deleted _dmarc record and added it again through the wizard
- Deleted the destination email and added it again (including verification)
- Tested sending an email to the destination email address, which works
- Checked spam inbox
My emails are marked as “Forwarded” in the Activity Log and have the following details:
SPF status: pass
DMARC status: none
DKIM status: pass
Note: The destination email includes a + sign, like [email protected]
