Email routing says forwarded but not received

What is the issue you’re encountering

Email routing says forwarded but I don’t receive it

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • Deleted _dmarc record and added it again through the wizard
  • Deleted the destination email and added it again (including verification)
  • Tested sending an email to the destination email address, which works
  • Checked spam inbox

My emails are marked as “Forwarded” in the Activity Log and have the following details:
SPF status: pass
DMARC status: none
DKIM status: pass

Note: The destination email includes a + sign, like [email protected]

Update: I tried without the + in the destination email address, that didn’t work either

Gmail deduplicated my email because I sent the test email from my destination email. It works when I send the email from a different address

May I ask if it is working now, or not? :thinking:
