My email route is just for a small website, so there are not many emails. However I’ve just seen today that there was an email recently that was classed as ‘other’ instead of ‘forwarded’ as normal. I didn’t receive the ‘other’ email, but I did receive the ones classed as ‘forwarded’. What does this mean?
The email classified as
other could be an email that was rejected. As described in our developer documentation:
In Email Routing summary you can check metrics related the number of emails received, forwarded, dropped, and rejected.
