Email routing not working?

Yesterday I did get emails on my domain tied to Cloudflares email service, when I check the dashboard it says 3 mails have been forwarded but no mail have reached me.

Anyone else having this issue?

No issues observed. The most likely explanation if they show as forwarded is they went into your spam folder?

That I have checked and nothing there. If I send a mail to that adress it do get forwarded.
Why I am asking is that I am setting up a zero trust config and I have this email set as the one to send one-time-pin to. Yesterday I got the code, today no mails what so ever.
