I have set up email routing and sent some test emails (from a different email address that the destination mailbox) but these are not being received despite the fact the system log is showing it has been forwarded . I’ve checked my spam folder in the destination mailbox and not there either

This is usually something with your email provider. Were you able to get this working properly?
