Email routing not processing a '+' for a single domain

I currently have 5 domains (one of which is a .cuz domain) that are using Cloudflare Email Routing. Four of them are working as expected and processing a ‘+’ in the email address. Unfortunately, there is 1 domain that is not processing a ‘+’ in the username field.

The problem domain,, does process emails without a ‘+’ without issue. The problem only arises when using a ‘+’ in the username field. There are no bounces to any of my tests.

How do I resolve this issue?
