What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I went to setup an info@ to forward to a gmail account. Went into gmail account and verified the email. Came back to Email Routing area in Cloudflare and nothing happens.
Try to set up the account again and it states “duplicated zone rule”. Go back to gmail to reconfirm email to try again and nothing happens.

Hi! Found an old post where there’s a user posting regarding the same issue and his solution seemed to work for a few other users.

He solved it by creating a new forward:

Click Get Started > click “skip” > creating a new redirect > different from the first one ([email protected]) and configuring the DNS.

You should then be able to see both redirections you created.
