I am unable to access the email routing option. Any suggestion on how to fix it?

You need to first select the site/domain. You should then find
I have selected the site, the Email option is there as in your snap. But the “Email Routing” option is not available
@hasloop1 contact the superadmin and ask that they change your role such that you can access that option.
