Email routing: mail marked as spam

I’m using Email Routing for about a month now. Overall I’m very satisfied, but I’ve seen a couple of mails that could not be forwarded (Delivery Failed).

Why is Cloudflare filtering these messages? Why not forward them and let the other party decide what to do with the mail?

I would like to be in charge whether or not Cloudflare is filtering spam or, in my case, let Gmail do this. Is this possible?
