I’m using Cloudflare’s routing service, but I’m having trouble getting emails to a couple of my routing addresses from anyone. Even though I’ve set these addresses to specific ones, it’s not working like it should.
You can:
- Check your DNS record, are their properly configured?
- Did you turn on proxy mode for this mail DNS record? Do not turn on proxy mode for this mail related DNS record.
- Verify that your MX records are correctly pointing to
mx.cloudflare.net
. - Check that your DNS TXT records for SPF and DMARC are properly set up.
- Ensure that the email routing rules in your Cloudflare dashboard are correctly configured to forward to the intended destination email addresses.
- Do you have multiple SPF record? Having multiple sender policy framework (SPF) recordsOpen external link on your account is not allowed, and will prevent Email Routing from working properly.
