I tried using Email Routing function on Cloudflare a few months ago but realise that it got rather buggy and it also somehow stopped sending any emails from my domain.
After disabling the routing function, i still face issue from Shopify where i have an email which is subscribed to email marketing but i am unable to receive it. It does not fall into my junk email or anywhere in outlook.
I feel that it might also affect some of the other customers that were previously subscribed to my list as the opening rate of email from the customers dropped from around 50% to 25%.
Would appreciate for any assistance and please forgive me if i am unable to understand certain terms.
