Email Routing failed SPF for Yahoo Emails

While checking the email routing logs for our website, the emails from [email protected] are not received and redirected because of failed SPF status.

This is the error: ||A “fail” result is an explicit statement that the client is not authorized to use the domain in the given identity||

Emails received from other domains are working just fine.

We contacted Yahoo regarding this but still no answer.

Anyone else encountered this issue?
