May I ask if this screenshot is from Hostinger interface (from which you should? be able to manage your domain at Cloudflare), or rather you’ve added your domain name to your Cloudflare account?
Sounds to me like you are using Hostinger’s Cloudflare integration → SaaS or a CNAME setup from Hostinger.
I’d suggest you to contact Hostinger about this, if they can enable this feature for you, otherwise I am not familiar what to do.
