Delete conflicting DNS records

What is the issue you’re encountering

I want to make the email “[email protected]” and have it deliver mails to “[email protected]”, but I can’t add the DNS records it asks me for this, as it has to remove the Google DNS. I did it once, but my email “[email protected]” stopped receiving mails, I had to remove the DNS from the email routing and put back the google ones. I need help with this issue as I want new customers to contact me at “[email protected]” and get to my main email “[email protected]”. Thank you very much!!!

You can’t do that with Email Routing.

As you have noticed, Email Routing replaces your Google Email, you can’t use both. If you already have a real email service, it’s best you don’t use Email Routing.

You need to do this in your Google Workspace dashboard. You have access to advanced email routing features right there in their dashboard, no coding required.
