Email Routing Configuration Issues

I am a novice and I am struggling to resolve the conflict with my Cloudflare Email Routing settings in my DNS, and the corresponding DNS records for my Zoho Email provider. I am confused and frustrated by the technical nature of it all. I need to have the Email Forwarding resolved and configured correctly to receive the security protections for emails. If I follow the Cloudflare recommendations, I would remove my Zoho DNS records that provide my business email services. Help, please! See attached.

What exactly are you trying to do with Cloudflare Email Routing, when you have your business email hosted with Zoho?
