Email Routing: Bouncing with Upstream Error

Hello, this is my first attempt to use email routing. Created an address: [email protected] forwarding to my main company email (exchange)

When I attempt to send messages to: [email protected] I get the error “Undeliverable”
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 521 5.3.0 Upstream error, please check url for possible reasons why. vTinDPldmeZ7

MX records look okay. When you set up the Email Routing service, did you receive a verification e-mail from Cloudflare? Did you click the verify link? In “Destination addresses” does your destination address show as Verified? On “Overview” in e-mail routing, do you see any log activity? Did your Exchange server see anything? Try to narrow the scope of the problem down by forwarding to a Gmail address (or whatever) instead see if you get the same issue.
