Email Routing Beta - Email Bounced


I received an email that my zone has now access to email routing beta.

I followed the instructions, added a custom & destination address, verified the destination address, updated the MX records and sent a test email to the custom address, but it failed with the message:

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address:

550: 5.1.1 Domain does not exist

Tried again after 1 1/2 hour but no good.

Did you try to turn the catch-all on and off in the dashboard? that should force the configuration to be published again.

If that still doesn’t work, what’s the domain you are using?


Hi, I have same issue on this. Already on/off the catch-all functions, unfortunately same error persisted.
