Email - Reverse dns problem

I have a domain hosted on webhs as a principal domain of a retail account. Since I changed the dns to cloudflare all my other sites on webhs get a reverse dns problem. I think I must create some ptr records. Should they be created here or on webhs ? Can you help me create them
