Email Request not Working

So I have requested access for the email about a month ago but it still only says requesting access. Is this correct or is something wrong?
Would love any help I can get and thanks!

Yes. It will be ready when its ready, and (hopefully) not before.

I think we already have to have some MX records first - existing email server already processing our domain email.

I am too waiting for that feature, hope it gets ready before 2022
