Email Rejected as SPAM due to Blacklisted IP Address

My emails have started to be rejected as SPAM both from my outgoing server and if it gets through that the receiving server. I’ve been working with my hosting company who advised their rejection is due to the IP address of my website being blacklisted for SPAM.

The IP address is has 101 known blacklist reports. This, of course, isn’t my IP address but the CloudFlare IP. I’ve also incurred a significant drop in my Google Search Traffic.

Are there any suggestions or solutions to this?
