Email Protected issue

I’ve got Scrape Shield enabled on our account, which as I understood, it wasn’t supposed to affect the visibility of email addresses to the human eye. However, the email addresses on our static pages (e.g., Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.) are unable to see; instead, I see an “email protected” message where the email should be. I don’t want to disable the protection, so what’s the cause of this issue and its solution?
