Email Problems Denise Deco

What is the name of the domain?

denise-deco-website.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have something activated and the emails going from denise-deco-website.com are not being received by my clients or me.

You have 2 DMARC records when you should have only 1. The subdomains mail and email should probably be set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”.

You are also using Cloudflare email routing. Have you set that up to forward your emails to a mail provider? Or do you already have a mail provider for your domain (in which case you should disable Cloudflare’s mail routing and configure the settings for your mail host).

Can you double check and tell me if I did it right?

You have turned off the mail routing, but you now have no MX records at all. Also mail and email are still proxied.

Check with your mail provider for the DNS records they require you to set, and set those.

Still no MX records.

According to securitytrails.com, before Cloudflare mail was on the same IP address as your origin server, so I guess you need to set the MX record to point at mail.denise-deco-website.com.

I did a test send via wordpress email and it came through. It threw me an error that the email may have been sent but there is a problem with SPF. After a while I again sent a test email and it was never sent.

Check what I’ve done and let me know if it’s okay
