Email problem - urgent please!

Hi, my customer is getting impatient as email are not working.
Could you please check if the DNS configuration is fine?

Can you be more specific? Sending? Receiving?

The MX records point to hosts other than the ‘mail’ record.

the problem is on receiving … the webmail panel is blank

What does it mean? Sorry what exactly I should do?

It seems fine right now!! Webmail is still blank but my customer is receiving email again on mail client.
