Cloudflare does not provide any outbound email services.
You will need to contact your outbound email provider, and ask them to supply you with these details.
Alternatively, if you don’t already have an outbound email provider, you will need to find one, and then ask them, when you have settled for one.

I have enable an email in my Cloudflare domain management and directed them to my iCloud account. It works and the emails arrive at the destination icloud.com, but I can’t reply with the Cloudflare created email.
To add an account to icloud email I need to tell them the Incoming and Outgoing servers.
Do you know if I can do that?
That’s correct, Cloudflare Email Routing is only for receiving emails. You need a full email service (like iCloud+) if you want to use your domain to send emails.
