Email is not working. I think this might be due to something related to cloudflare.
using the email within cpanel doesn’t work. I don’t have much knowledge in web development, so I have not much idea how to approach the issue. I’m using WHM, cpanel, wordpress and cloudflare (for the domain).

I see you already created the mail record. I forgot to mention that it should be DNS-Only instead of proxied. Please change that.

Thank you very much. Is working now. It works in the cpanel email service. However, Its not working in outlook. I cant even add the account via IMAP.
In Outlook, you now need to use mail.sindromepostisrs.org as the server address to add it.
Its not working 
I already tried adding that to the incoming and outgoing server. Also I made sure I had the correct ports as displayed in cpanel.
If it works in cPanel, there’s no reason it shouldn’t also work in Outlook.

I also tried resetting the password.
Okay. it worked now. I restarted outlook, dont know if that was what fixed the issue. Thank you very much!!! ill mark your reply as the solution!
