disabled Scrape Shield/Email Address Obfuscation, had this same issue 2023 and Cloudflare fixed it

enable email obfuscation

I manage over 50 websites, I don’t want to check each one to make sure the customer’s email is hidden.

It’s not obsfuscated for me. Have you cleared Cloudflare Cache and Browser Cache?
