Email not working remotely... DNS issues?

Hello, mail services trying to connect to my server for mail are all being refused.

The only trace of a problem hint I can find is here in Cpanel:

Reverse DNS (PTR) Problems Exist

The system uses an alternate HELO of “” when sending mail from the “.com” domain.

The system sends the domain “” in the SMTP handshake for this domain’s email. “” resolves to “<an unknown IP4 address on Cloudflare” and “<another unknown IP4 address on Cloudflare”, not “”.

To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they create a DNS “A” record for “<FQ server domain address” whose value is “<the correct IP4 address”."

HOWEVER
On Cloudflare I have correctly set these up so that DOES point correctly to the correct IP4 address for my server.

If have done that for both domain in question and also for the “FQ server domain address”

Everything points to the correct IP4 address and nothing on Cloudflare points to the “<an unknown IP4 address on Cloudflare” and “<another unknown IP4 address on Cloudflare”

Both of these unknown addresses seem to registered to Cloudflare

Don’t set MX and other email hosts to :orange: proxied.
