I’m trying to do that, however - it would require some information about the actual issue, which you haven’t made available yet.
Unfortunately, the Discourse server converted those into generic links to DNS docs.
You can post the nameservers without dots, and that would be enough to help.

Cloudflare have now said that our account was deleted but we did not ask to delete it nor did I cancel it
If you are already in contact with the Cloudflare support team, it’s best to continue the conversation over there. Without context of what you are talking with the support team, the community won’t be able to add much to it.
