We are not getting emails from Cloudflare for SMfirst.com and my boss tried to reset Cloudflare password but is impossible since our email is not working.
We need an ability to reset the password for the account on Cloudflare. so we can take a look at whats going on with the MX records.
please advise, I would prefer to make this a ticket and provide any identifying information to validate access to Cloudflare.
Thank you. I see the ticket and am copied on it. Neither of the emails you shared on the ticket have a Cloudflare account. It may be worth it to go through any other emails that you may have used.
