Email not working anymore after connecting to auto responder

We recently connected the same domain as we have for Gmail workspace with an autoresponder, and now when we try to send an email to it, it says "Error message: 550 5.1.1. In Gmail workspace, it says it is verified and everything looks good. Do you know to quickly fix this while I wait for my partner to change whatever settings he did relating to the autoresponder (if this even was the cause)?
