What does your email provider have to say about the problem?
They Didn’t comment till now, but they say its problem with the cloudflare or the configuration, I am not sure what the problem is…
If you can check with the details from tour side, then I can ask my hosting provider to check… I am using the internal mail service from the centos web-panel.

Vijay
I don’t see any direct issues with the Cloudflare configuration.
If you’re referring with the last part here to that they are referring to your server’s configuration, then that could be an option.
However, your server’s configuration is beyond the scope of Cloudflare, and nothing the Cloudflare Community would be able to assist with.
This one was one thing I suspected initially, that you were using the same server to both handle the web server, and the outbound mail server.
If that is true, then you’re at least missing a Reverse DNS (PTR) record for the IP address of your server, which would be something you would need to coordinate with your hosting provider.
I would therefore suggest you to ask your hosting provider to add a PTR record pointing to mail.virtualcard360.com
for your IP address, in the Reverse DNS (ARPA) DNS zone for their IP space.
You may also want to ask them if they’re blocking port 25 outbound, because if they do that, you’re out of luck of sending emails directly from your server.
Just to confirm, I tested your registration page around the time of my previous post, and so far, within the first ~ 20 minutes, my servers haven’t seen a single connection attempt at all, trying to deliver to the email address I used.
This means that the actual error should be found in one of these two (or a combination of them):
Or, alternatively:
Actually, I got your registration …with the below
cloudflare-community-618253-raghavan2004-registration-test@darkdevil.dk
The isp said, port 25 is blocked and you can use, 465.
I have also added the below.
Is this the correct one. Need guidance and advice

Vijay
I also like to share an url, but unable to understand what to do? Now I am sure, you can guide me what mistake I made.

You can just delete the registration again, as it was solely for testing purposes.
It is a very well known thing for both hosting providers and residential ISPs to block port 25 as an attempt to block outbound spam from their network.
The problem is you will require port 25, if you require to send emails directly.
The other port, 465, serves a different purpose, and will require authentication with your email account’s login credentials on the given service you’re trying to connect to.
If you’re attempting to connect to e.g. Google/Gmail using port 465, you would need an email address and password that is active on Google/Gmail, otherwise you will be refused because of authentication failures.
Whether your system can be configured to do that is a different question, but then you would need a third party “SMTP relay” service to act on your behalf for your outbound email.
Such “SMTP relay” services typically operate in the pay-as-you-go style, where each individual message you send will incur a cost.
Was it the LeafDNS URL you tried to share in the empty box before?
Sorry… for not pasting the link correctly.
The link is below for your reference. Also I like to know if I remove the cloudflare then will it work?? just asking from your experience.
http://leafdns.com/index.cgi?testid=9E324A22
Don’t worry, I was just wondering whether it was the same link that you tried to post to begin with.
That link is showing a failure in regards to the DNS, which is INCORRECT, and should be ignored.
It is also showing the Reverse DNS (PTR) failure, as I mentioned above, where it clearly instruct with:
If these
MX
records are used to send outgoing mail this will cause them to trip anti spam filters. Many SMTP servers will not accept mail from an IP with no reverse DNS.
According to the above, that’s what you’re trying to, however, you’re unable to do that due to your provider’s blocking of port 25.
So unless you can get them to lift the port 25 block, you can safely ignore that one, as you won’t get anywhere anyway, without getting the port 25 block lifted.
Whether you use Cloudflare, or switch to any other DNS provider for your domain won’t change a thing in regards to this.
The issue is with your server provider.
Thanks for the guidance an d the update, I am in talks with the ISP for the opening for the port 25. I will get back to you soon.

Vijay
