We are unable to get email through our dcleaners domain. Network solutions is saying Cloudflare needs to update our servers path. How can i get a hold of someone to get this done?

By guessing, it sounds like they want you to update the MX records of your domain.
dcleaners.com does however already seem point to Network Solutions, using the two MX records:
10 mx001.netsol.xion.oxcs.net.
10 mx002.netsol.xion.oxcs.net.
If that isn’t enough for them, please be more specific and let us know exactly what Network Solutions tells you to do with Cloudflare, so we dig deeper and see if we can help with that.
