What is the issue you’re encountering
Our business email has stopped working following two key events: the setup of Cloudflare (via Mailchimp) and a hardware issue at GreenGeeks who is hosting the email. We suspect the current DNS or IP configurations in Cloudflare may be blocking emails from being sent. properly configured to get our business email back online.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
changed mx records to make sure they were correct, changed IP address according to greengeeks hosters. now emails are working on c panel platform but nonon existent on microsoft or anywhere else
