I have two Cloudflare accounts, one Pro and one Business, that were recently switched to these new email addresses: [email protected] (Pro) and [email protected] (Business). (I created ticket: Case Number 01037361 email included) However, these email addresses have suddenly been locked, and I am now unable to access them to receive verification codes when logging into Cloudflare or making payments for the next billing cycle. I kindly request that Cloudflare temporarily disable the 2FA feature for these two accounts so that I can log in and change the email addresses to new ones. Alternatively, I would appreciate it if Cloudflare could directly change the email addresses for me.
